We are currently accepting applications for the following position located in the Witbank, Mpumalanga area.

The succesful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day accounts payable function in the Supply Chain Department.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Updating and processing accounts payable related transactions within SAP and COUPA.
  • Reviewing and performing reconciliations,
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Processing and reviewing accounts payable payment proposals within SAP, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Following standard operating procedures to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting policies.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accounts payable reconciliations and payment processes are executed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance.
  • Driver’s license (Code EB/08).

Minimum Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Finance or Supply Chain environment
  • MS Office Proficiency.
  • SAP and Coupa Experience be will advantageous
